How we build

From land to keys in a fraction of the time

Offgrid Property acquires and develops sites, then delivers them using the Offgrid Works robotic platform. One integrated pipeline, from masterplan to move-in.

Site & masterplan

Land acquisition and architect-led masterplanning, optimised parametrically for energy, landscape, and community.

Robotic fabrication

Structures are CNC-machined and assembled by CUBIK® — millimetre precision, minimal waste, carbon locked into the structure.

Rapid on-site assembly

Autonomous machines assemble each home on site in only a few days, cutting programme risk and finance cost out of the price you pay.

Zero-bill handover

Solar, storage, and off-grid systems commissioned before you move in. The meter isn't the point — there isn't one.
